Lost/damaged baggage

Lost and Found office is open in accordance to arrival flights.  In case of loss or damage luggage, the staff will support you in filling out the related form called PIR (Property Irregularity Report) that has to be handed over before leaving the baggage reclaim area.
For the delivery of lost baggage, you will be contacted directly when your baggage arrives at the airport.

Baggage pick up: 10.00 - 12.00 / 15.00 - 17.00
