Aeroitalia Takes Off from Salerno with Its New Operational Base
Aeroitalia’s new operational base at Salerno Costa d’Amalfi and Cilento Airport was officially inaugurated today, with the first flights departing for Milan Malpensa and Turin. The airline will operate with a dedicated aircraft and 19 weekly frequencies to Milan, Turin, Genoa and Trieste, alongside seasonal international flights to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Mykonos and Santorini during the summer period.
The investment expands connectivity opportunities to and from Campania, contributing to the growth of Salerno Airport’s domestic and international network.
