The photography exhibition What We Want by Francesco Jodice was inaugurated in the departures area at Gate C20. The exhibition is promoted by GESAC in collaboration with Museo Madre.
What We Want takes the form of a vast photographic archive — a geopolitical atlas composed of images and texts. Four works were selected for display at the airport: Aral, São Paulo, Punta del Este, and Hong Kong. These photographs portray diverse geographical contexts, united by a shared interpretative lens: the city as a dynamic organism shaped by economic, social, and cultural tensions.
In addition to the artist, speakers at the inauguration included Angela Tecce, President of the Fondazione Donnaregina per le arti contemporanee; Eva Fabbris, Director of Museo Madre; and Roberto Barbieri, CEO of GESAC. The project was further enriched by the involvement of students from Istituto Comprensivo Oriani-Guarino in San Pietro a Patierno, who actively participated in the creation of the work.
